Nobody likes rules, but in any organisation real or virtual we need to ensure that things run smoothly, and we all know where we stand. As this is a voluntary group, we don't have the normal incentives for keeping a company together (money!), so we need to rely on respect, good manners and fairness to all.

A few guidelines -

Please, don't demand that your latest (& absolutely brilliant ..honest! ;o)) aircraft is added to the UK Direct Fleet. We carefully select our aircraft to match current & possible future routes. Our fleet are pooled from the excellent freeware offerings and undergo many 'fleet proving' flights before they are released to UKDirect pilots.

All UK Direct Staff members have real world commitments. Therefore it is not always possible to respond to queries as quickly as some may like. Please keep this in mind before bombarding us with emails ;o)

And lastly your conduct. Both to your fellow UKD pilot and to your fellow flight sim enthusiast. All we ask is a little thought before engaging the fingers. In a medium such as the WWW it's very easy to misconstrue what someone has hurriedly typed. Remember, engage brain before digits :o)
